Payment for Custom Orders
Payment or deposit is required to start a custom order (non-refundable). We accept cash, cheque, debit and credit cards (VISA, Master Card, and Discover). Prices are subject to change without notice. We work hard to keep our prices competitive and consistent, but when our vendors increase their prices we may at times have to adjust our prices. We honor our estimates/quotes for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Iconic Carz reserves the right to refuse printing of subject matter that we deem hateful or oppressive.
All online sale are final. If you have any issues with the product please e-mail email@example.com and we will work towards a resolution.
Once the quote and artwork is approved, our turnaround time is approximately 4-7 business days depending on our schedule. We can also offer rush services for those that need their orders sooner. Rush service is an extra charge.
Throughout the process of an order, various issues can pop up regarding the artwork or garments that you, the customer, will need to address. (For example: if a certain garment color is out of stock, we would contact you and ask for an alternative option.) If we do not hear from you and do not resolve these issues in a timely manner, the turnaround time can be subject to delays.
In cases where our distributors have back ordered or discontinued certain garments or materials, we can offer substitutes for the out of stock items, or we can wait until the stock is replenished. Please keep in mind that turnaround time may be affected, resulting in delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that their images are legally reproducible and that they have in their possession written approval of respective owners. By placing an order with Iconic Carz Signz & Apparelz, customers agree that in the event of any legal issues arising from their order, Iconic Carz will be treated as a harmless party. Any Copyright issues are the full responsibility of the customer. Iconic Carz will not be involved. Copyright laws can be views online @ www.copyright.gov.
Colour accuracy of proofs are an approximate facsimile & cannot be guaranteed, because of differences in monitors. Proofs are not printed on the same material as the final product so colours will vary depending on final material and production process. Proof colourings are also not calibrated or balanced.
Design and Artwork
When sending us images to use, preferred file type is Adobe PDF/ Corel Draw files .CDR or EPS. .JPG will be subject to fixing. If you have specific dimensions, Pantone colours, and/or print placement details in mind, please let us know. With these parameters, we will do our best to get as close as possible. If these details are not given to us, we will use our best judgment and may charge for extra time spent fixing designs to your future specifications.
With every order, we will provide a digital mock up when requested. Mockup or one revision are included (approx. 30-40 mins of our time). If additional mockups are needed, the hourly artwork fee will be applied. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the mockup for any misspellings or other errors. This especially applies to designs that have a list of names. If everything looks right, please confirm with us that the artwork is ready for print. If we do no hear from you in a timely manner, the turnaround time can be subject to delays. Digital mockups give a general idea of what the product will look like, but do not exactly translate to the final product.
Screen Setup for Screen Printing
When a customer pays for a screen setup, they are paying for the labor of applying the image to the screen, as well as all setup related to the order. The customer owns the artwork given, not the screen(s) itself. After a job is completed, Iconic Carz Signz & Apparelz will reclaim the screen(s) to be recycled for new jobs. Order minimums and setup will apply to reorders as well. So please order a few extra garments if you feel that you may need them in the near future.
Choosing the garment is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee that the customer will like the garment they have chosen, but will guarantee the print. Customers are expected to do their own research (we can provide you with the resources) on garments in regards to size, colour, and style.
Customer Supplied Garments/Print Surface
We will supply all garments/items to be printed on. If we are unable to, or allow the customer to suppling their own garment/print surface, we do not guarantee that our inks or heat press items will have the best results. Therefore, we are not responsible for outcome including possible damage to the garment/item or how long the print will last. When we supply the garment we are assured that they are ready for printing and have not been pre washed or softeners added, which will affect the final result.
The art of screen printing is a manual process. Sure, we have the latest technology in manual printing; however there are countless variables that can make this process an imperfect one. Loading a t-shirt into our machine is a manual process, thus print locations will vary slightly from one to another and may not be perfectly straight. We do our best to print consistently, but the fact is that the garments themselves are imperfect. This is the reality of screen printing. In some cases, if we misprint on a garment we will not charge you for that item. We have a standard misprint allowance of 2-3% per order and will not be held responsible for the misprints. We recommend ordering a few extra pieces if you need exact numbers.
Photos for our use
By placing your order, you are giving permission for us to take pictures of your finalized order. This also applies whether that is on your personal or business property such as vehicles or buildings. We will be using these pictures to showcase the body of work we do. Pictures will be used for our website and social media, and not sold for profit. If you don’t want us to take any pictures please state this when placing your order and we will honor this request.
Depending on the product specifications, additional fees may apply. Generally with all artwork there is no charge for the first 30-40 min. If the art work requires extra editing, the client will be notified and additional charges will apply at a rate of $65 per hour.
Iconic Carz makes no warranties or guarantees in regard to accuracy of customer submitted files. Requested mockups are mandatory to be signed off on prior to production and will be produced AS IS upon approval by the customer. We are not responsible for damages or loss of revenue that may result from delays in shipping or production. Garment with seams unraveling or prints fading from wash/wear is not the responsibility of Iconic Carz. We source the best products to use at each price point. Sometimes, issues do arise with garments/items. Contact us and we will see if the issue can be resolved.

Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Product will be shipped as soon as possible generally 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Products that are offered but not stocked are 3XL-5XL shirts. They will be made as required with a delayed shipping time of 3-5 business days.
